In this article, published in 2013 in The Measurable News, a summary of the handbook ”Project Management using Dynamic Scheduling: Baseline Scheduling, Risk Analysis and Project Control”) is given. The book contains topics on how to construct project schedules (See ”Dynamic scheduling: An introduction to baseline scheduling”) and how they can be used in analyzing the risk of the schedules (see “Dynamic scheduling: An introduction to risk management”) and in controlling these project schedules once the projects are in progress (see ”Dynamic scheduling: An introduction to project control“). The book is used in various universities and company trainings as supportive material in class teaching sessions.
